(1) The registrar shall prepare a list of the cases for which the hearing date has been fixed for the next session after completing the necessary procedures and submit it to the chairman by Wednesday of each session. However, in case the chairman is absent or the post of chairman is vacant, such list should be submitted to the senior member.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) - in the list of cases, the names of the parties to the case, the name and number of the case, the date of presentation of the case, the name of the authority or body that will make the decision, if possible, and if a legal practitioner has been appointed in the case, by Friday of each month. The notice of appearance should be posted on the notice board of the court. Such a list should also be published on the website of the court.
(3) The cases subject to the order of the court should be listed in the weekly case list according to the order of registration date. But if there is a pending case, then the case should be kept in the order of appearance and included in the appearance list.
(4) Except when ordered by the court, any case that is not included in the list of impeachable appearances will not be submitted to the court.
